GETTING YOUR GRANT PAYMENT

When you receive your grant award, the Grant Chair provides you with a letter confirming your successful application and anything that must be done (e.g., obtain approval of the award by the Avon Town Council) before payment can be made. You will also receive a Grant Payment Tracking Form for you to complete and mail to the Foundation when ready to receive payment.
