GETTING YOUR GRANT PAYMENT

grant-paymentWhen you receive notice of your grant award, the Grant Chair will provide you with a letter confirming your successful application and steps that must be taken (e.g., obtain approval of the award by the Avon Town Council) before the grant award can be made. You will receive a Grant Payment Tracking Form for you to complete and submit with all appropriate documentation to the Foundation when ready to receive payment.
